BODY SCULPT BOOTCAMP
Although I am a clinical nutritionist I have been a fitness trainer for many years too.
I have always loved exercise and have incorporated it into my lifestyle on a regular basis.
Sometimes I find myself getting bored with certain types of exercise e.g. running and going to the gym.
In order for ME to stay motivated with any exercise regime I need it to be effective and enjoyable NOT monotonous or boring and it has to be a lot of fun.
After years of swimming, running and endless hours in the gym (also having a job in these places) I knew I needed something different for my personal workout schedule and in my job too.
I started to take all different types of fitness classes and loved working out with others. I found it kept me really motivated. So I decided that I would start up my own fitness classes based around interval training and boot camp style.
The reason I have chose this style of training is that it is very effective.
After giving birth to my second child (and not getting any younger may I add) I knew I would have to work really hard to get the baby weight off and back into shape.
Iam not averse to working out hard to get to where I want to be with my physique but there are a few things that can keep me really motivated.
1. It HAS TO BE AN EFFECTIVE WORKOUT
2. It has to be enjoyable and fun
3. I need regular changes to the routine to prevent boredom
4. It has to be reasonably priced
So I have devised a great fitness class which is called BODY SCULPT.
THIS IS A NO-NONSENSE WORKOUT DESIGNED TO GET YOU IN GREAT SHAPE.
It is a VERY EFFECTIVE workout and with dedication and lots of motivation from me you can get amazing

It is also very reasonably priced challenging lots of other programmes out there.
I change the workouts on a regular basis to stop boredom setting in.
I do the workout along side of you (whilst observing your technique and making any necessary changes)
This has brought great motivation to clients and has helped push them to their maximum limit with amazing long term results.
I pride myself in being a great motivator and I adapt all of my sessions for each individual client and their own personal fitness level.
From beginners to intermediate and to advance (in all my classes) there is something for everyone.

MON, WEDS, FRI 9.00 am & 6pm you can choose and mix either of the classes

Bootcamp challenges me to do new things each week. I just love being outside. I know that I wouldn't give the same effort in a self-guided program - because I certainly wouldn't believe I was capable of doing some of things I've done these last few weeks. I have been training with Lisa Healey since early May with her outdoor Bootcamp. She is a very energetic and motivating trainer who has helped me progress towards my fitness goals.
