Welcome to my meal planning for weightloss website.
My name is Lisa and I am a clinical nutritionist   D.I.P  S.A.C
Iam a qualified fitness instructor and I have trained people in England and canada.

I am extremly passionate about nutrition, health and fitness.
I have made it my goal to help, advise and educate individuals on weight loss and weight management.
Families can also benefit from my plans on how to lead a happier, healthier lifestyle.

After years of experience one thing that stands out to me most of all is that people WANT  to eat whatTHEY LIKE  to eat. So I have come up with a solution, customised meal planning.
Some meal plans can be confusing, difficult to follow and boring.
My meal plans are VERY EASY to follow and are definatly not boring.

1. I PROVIDE all the recipes for you which are easy to follow.

2. I DEVISE  the meal plans and encorporate the foods you like to eat.
    What is the point of starting a meal plan with the foods you don't really enjoy?
    This is why I incorporate the foods YOU enjoy. 
    I also try to fit the plan to suit your current lifestyle. 
   You will be eating regular meals and snacks.

3.  I CUSTOMISE  the meal plans for both weight loss and weight gain

There are no gimmicks, pills, bars, shakes, lotions or potions, just good old fashioned food. Its that simple.

The vast majority of meal plans and diets try to complicate things and completely change your eating habits and eliminate the foods you love and are familiar with.
They even try to change how and when you eat your food!!!
I feel that this is one reason why so many people fail to losing weight.

Most diets are unrealistic, hard to follow and impossible to stick to. 
Unfortunatly this can result in weight gain.

You will still be able to eat chocolate ( and NOT just 2 pieces of dark chocolate)
